Born in California - Very Original and Unmolested...

1967 Pontiac LeMans 2 Dr. Hardtop

If you are looking for a VERY solid 67 LeMans, that runs and drives excellent and has a nice, straight non-rusty body, you might have just found the car. This LeMans was sold new in California and I have pictures in the photo section, showing the original Owner's Manual, Protecta-Plate and the Manifest Sheet from the PHS (Pontiac Historical Socitey).

This car is represented to have 86,810 Actual Miles! This is not a "trailer queen", but is in very nice condition. It is mostly original, except for the carpet which has been replaced, and an aftermarket Cassette Radio. In the engine compartment, it also has an Aluminum Edelbrock Intake with matching Chrome Edelbrock Valve Covers and a Moroso Chrome Air Cleaner installed. However, the original Cast Intake, Valve Covers, and Air Cleaner Assembly are included with the car, and are stored in boxes in the trunk. (I also have photos of these.)

There are so few of these 1967 LeMans left that are not rusted out, beat up, or just plain deteriorated badly, that when you start looking for them, generally you find a project car that needs about everything - or a totally restored show car that will cost you $30+ Thousand Dollars.

That's why this is such a nice car! You can either drive it and enjoy it just like it is (it is a very fun and pleasant car to drive), or choose to do a paint job and light restoration and still not have an overwhelming investment in it.

The Factory Color is called Mayfair Maze. This is what GM called the color on the 67 Pontiacs, but you might recognize "Butternut Yellow" more, since that was Chevrolet Division's name for the same color code.

As you can see, the tires are in like new condition, and I think the Redline Tires look very good with the paint color. Since the car came to the last owner with the Steel Wheels and Hub Caps, he elected to keep in that way and actually I think it looks rather nice.

Finally, as I said earlier, whether you want a "Great Driver", with good documentation, or are wanting a wonderfully clean California body to restore to perfection - or even perhaps make into your personal "Resto-Mod", it really doesn't matter, since this is the perfect start to whatever your idea might be. It's simply your call.

MY PRICE: $14,950 (Priced very reasonable..!!)
